   Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
   The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's location and the carrier used.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume and do not include customs clearance time, if applicable.

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, shipments of goods to the USA may be subject to restrictions, delays, and additional costs arising from new customs procedures.

Please note that delivery times may be longer, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

1. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination of the products.

2. Carrier
   We work with various carriers.

3. Delays and Lost Shipments
   We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist in cases of lost shipments.

4. Failed Deliveries
   If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
